While I'm sitting here on the couch with my foot four hundred feet in the air, let me tell you. Being a runner helps getting over medical surgeries like this and my doctor agrees himself. I woke up at 5:30 this morning ready for my day only to remember I couldn't run. How depressing.. please tell me how I'm supposed to cope. Please..
Also, no pain meds taken at all. (so far, knock on wood) I just think being a runner you have a natural high pain tolerance and recovery rate.

And, of course me being me, has been looking at TREADMILLS! We have an old one here at our house, but it doesn't quite cut it anymore. Nordic Track's Elite 9500 Pro, you will be mine once I get half of the money for a down payment to my parents. I'll have all this time to save money for it:)
Treadmill lover or treadmill hater?
Treadmill LOVER!
Do you own a Nordic Track? What do you think of them? Good things/Bad things?
Last thing you ate?
