A LOVEly day for me.

Hi there! Happy Valentine's Day. I hope you're with the ones you love, today. Please go on a run for me. I'm having foot surgery today. It's a quite great way to celebrate Valentine's Day. I'm pretty much bummed. It's going to be a long road, but I am looking forward to finally running pain free.

If you don't have a Valentine this year (like me!) remember, we have our grandpas and dads and uncles. Be thankful :)
